This site does not use cookies or analytics and does not collect personal data. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply.

The demo apps

Demos use made-up data. Please do not enter or upload real tenant, landlord or other personal details into a demo. Some demo features send the text you type to an AI service to sort it or draft a reply, which is another reason to use made-up details only.

Outreach emails

We may email businesses about our software, using publicly listed business contact addresses, on the basis of legitimate interests. Every message includes a way to opt out, and if you reply "no thanks" we will not contact you again.

If we later handle your data

If you become a client and we process personal data on your behalf (such as tenant details), you remain the controller and we act as your processor under a written data processing agreement. That agreement will list our sub-processors, where data is stored, and how long we keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our emails. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
